When looking at mast boots for round masts, consider that a "Fernco Fitting", which is a durable neoprene plumbing fitting intended for coupling drain pipes. They come in many shapes and sizes. I used a 6" - 6" fitting to create a mast boot for my '82 F-25 wing mast about 20 years ago that is still going strong. The wing mast has a round lower section (below the wing). I brought one down to the owner of "Apple Lady" (F-25 number one) in the BVI which was very appreciated. Note, these are relatively inexpensive (not marine).
