rudder gudgeon bushings

Rudder off boat now and I am trying to eliminate play in the rudder system. I plan on rebushing the gudgeons as upper is worn as well as lower. Does anyone know if these just press out of the stainless housings? Thanks Numbknots

After further review, looks like they are 2 piece that press in from top and botom.
