Don't recall in the documents finding how to attach the chute.
Haven't really seen any pictures either.
Do you lace them on? Seems a bit time consuming and having to remove it just as bad..
Do you use latches? Hooks? Crook?

The first time I used the chute I was clueless as to how it mounted and did it totally wrong..

Do you mean attaching the bag to the bow pulpit? I use electricians plastic wire ties. It’s worth getting the ones that fasten end to end instead of at a right angle, they end up smoother and are less likely to snag the chute. They’re at Home Depot or Lowes or wherever. UV resistant ones (normally black color) are better, too. Whichever you use, either don’t trim them or trim them carefully and feel for any sharps that may snag the sailcloth. Install and/or rotate the tie so the potential sharp part is outside the bag and under the bar of the pulpit, away from the spinnaker. Clip them off when you want to remove the sail. You don’t have to put one in every grommet, maybe every third one, so $10 worth of wire ties are a few years worth.

I made a tent-like cover for the bag and now just leave mine on for weeks or months at a time. Cover it carefully though; nylon sailcloth doesn’t get along with sunlight.

Good response there! Yes the bag/chute to the pulpit is what I'm asking about.
Zip ties.. easy on and a snip to get off. $10 a year isn't that bad at all. I'll give it a try!

Yes leaving the bag/sail out in the sun is not the greatest. I'm in the DFW area and summer time can be pretty brutal. Sounds kind of silly, wonder if anyone has tried spraying on some spf 100 or something on the spinnaker to help fight the UV's, or if the oil/chem would hurt the material.
