I used to work for sanders sails in the UK and we would make freedom sails fairly frequently, they are a top quality loft and ship worldwide, so I'd definitely ask them for a quote.

Thanks, I'd be interested in any more details and photos you have, especially of the alternative masthead construction as this being the mizzen, a fixed rather than rotating masthead construction is appealing.

hi i have a centreboard lock made by a previous owner that consists of two lumps of delrin with holes in and a bolt , that fits in a hole in the back of the board
i guess the idea is that a diver fits it before transoceanic passages.

im not familliar with the camberspar setup but would inserting a short spectra lashing do the job?you could always swap the tack shackle for a snap shackle and have a lashing at the "convenient for anchoring length "then when you decide to anchor , release the tack and take out the slack in the haly...

to prolong the life of anything ali , including toerails, any stainless must be isolated from the ali , and the anodising must be protected from damage or pitting starts. a piece of mylar sheet placed under fittings and zinc chromate paste such as duralac on bolts also wichard do special d rings for...

hi i meant you put the masts level abeam, put a strop round your mast then use the other boats halyard to winch you up
