Weight and type of sailcloth on a Freedom 40

We have a 1985 F40 with mast tracks and conventional booms. The sails are in need of replacement (made in 1993). Does anyone know the best type of sailcloth for both main and mizzenmast? The current ones are heavy laminate cloth.
