We are replacing the B&G wind gage and annenometer. The mast is in the air. The old cable is stuck inside the mast at the top. I can only pull about an inch of wire upwards with channel lock pliers. We can't feel any downward pressure up there when the wire is tugged on at the bottom of the mast. By...
