Re: Continuous line furling for CC 45

I have a difficult time getting the headsail down and up as the camber bracket on the stay gets stuck all the time. I have to go up and physically pull it down.

45CC rigging

Hello I am going to ask a real stupid question but I am new to the whole freestanding mast……… what prevents the mast from jumping off the mast shoe if in heavy weather. I can’t believe it just sits there with nothing holding it down. Am I missing something

Thanks

Freedom 45CC core question

Good morning. I was just wondering if the hull on my 45 is cored below the waterline. Or just the sides above the water?

Re: Wing keel

That seems like a great idea. I can’t see why that would not work

Wing keel

Has anyone got stuck with the wing keel design and how were you able to free the boat? Never having a wing keel before I have heard several comments about how hard they are when you get stuck. Thanks jason

Forestay on a 45 cc

I was wondering if someone could help with a couple of questions. We just purchased a beautiful CC 45 and when we brought it home we were motoring into 25knts with 4-6’ seas.
