Has anyone replaced the galley counter top on a Freedom, if so, what material did you use? Laminate, Solid, Wood
The opening hatches for the fridge and storage might limit the practical options.

Thinking of installing a Sea Era Raritan Electric head in the awkward head space of the F38, assuming I can get it to fit! Any feedback on the reliability of the Sea Era? Anyone done an F38 electric refit?

My F38 came with a 11kg Bruce anchor, which I think is too small. I am planning to upgrade to a 35lb CQR. Is this sufficient for general cruising in the Northeast? Also planning on installing a windless. Any recommendations for a clean fit on an F38?

I switched from a 2 blade prop to a three blade Kiwi prop with a diam of 16.5 inches and a 22 deg pitch. It looks small but does a great job in forward and reverse. Kiwi will size it for you if you give them the boat details.
