Early November is the tail end--playoffs--of our tennis season. Busy morning of Nov. 9th. but otherwise available. On paper, available Nov. 16-17. Rain anywhere along the playoff path throws calendar into chaos.
Regarding location, I'd vote with SweeTART's 6'6" keel in mind.

Re: 2019 October Rendezvous
Given last trip to Treasure Island, I should vote for anywhere we do NOT anchor out. Ha!
If timing right, we are keen on trip while the weather is this good.

Re: F35 (Pedrick) Windlass
Upload of pics is 256kb? Too small. My personal FTP space is currently a mystery to me. Will try again after a bit of pondering. We have a small footprint Lewmar. Horizontal feed, guts of electronics in chain locker. As another has mentioned, humidity in there a problem. Our original rusted. Have so...

Re: F35 (Pedrick) Windlass
Steve,
We have a smaller footprint windlass installed on our F35 Pedrick. Will search for pictures and post later tonight or shoot a photo tomorrow.

At present, we're here this weekend. Alternatively, Wed-Fri morning , this week, I'm currently free. Coach the tennis team in afternoon, so must beat a hasty retreat to high school by 2pm.

Re: F35 P 1999
Tom, First and foremost, while we are out of the way down here at Coyote Point, you are welcome aboard SweeTART to check out our plumbing. Just the boat. :D Our water heater is tucked under chart table, below far right electrical panel and behind all that storage beneath chart table. Your post remin...

Re: Freedom 28 bilge pump
To my knowledge, your bilge pump should be a direct 'hot' wired device. Bypass your DC panel altogether. Just in case. Spring a leak, it runs and keeps your boat afloat until someone hears the alarm or...
