Hi Geoff, as Camino states there is a solar cell integrated into the masthead unit along with a lithium battery. I have yet to see any issues whatsoever with the charging, or the rest of the instrument system for that matter. Just be aware that there is recommended limit of mast height to head unit....

Zengirl2, I believe the sleeve in question would be the equivalent of the spinnaker sock on a typical set up. The spin gets doused and pulled into this sock when dropping the sail.

Hi Lee, my F32 has a boom kicker, works quite well as long as I remember not to lean too heavily on the boom. If set correctly it also add additional twist into the sail when the breeze is light.

Hi Maxies, While I have a F32 the camber spar is essentially the same, only scaled down. The camber spar itself has an arc built into it which as you tack port and starboard will flop over on it's side ever so slightly which gives the sail the proper shape regardless of angle of attack.
