Personal Locator Beacon - ResQLink+ 375 $150

A good friend has given up boating and asked me to find a good home for his ACR ResQLink+ PLB. I know nothing about such items but see that it says the battery has an expiration of 05/2022. It has been registered with NOAA and you would have to update/amend that registration. I have the information.
