'93 F35 Heavily Refit for Liveaboard/Singlehanding (Boston)

Post by mercifulreleases »

I'm starting to think about moving up to a somewhat larger boat and looking to sell my much loved Freedom 35. In all honesty, I enjoy sailing a lot more than deck cleaning and she's definitely kissed a few docks. But she's also had a lot of recent work and enhancements, most importantly:
- New Raymarine autopilot (2020)
- Boom end mainsheet platform w/Andersen winches installed beside the wheel for ease of single-handing
- Refrigerator (2013)
- Lifeline 6V house batteries (2018) and 12V starter battery (2019)
- Pronautic 1240 40amp charger (2018)
- Second 30amp electrical input servicing 2 additional 15V circuits for winter heating and cooking.
- Rebuilt propane system (2020)
- Doyle Square top mainsail, lazy bag and new lazyjacks (2015)
- Quantum jib and cover(2014)
- Stanchions rebedded and stainless backing plates installed (2020)
- Skylights rebedded (2020)
- Composting toilet installed (2013)

A good boat. Since purchase in 2013, I've single-handed from Boston up to Penobscot Bay and down to Long Island in often much rougher weather than someone like me should be able to handle.

Asking 60k. Currently in the water at the Boston Yacht Haven. I'd be very happy to deliver her anywhere north of DC!

Happiness and thanks,
Andrew
