I'm still about 18-24 months away from making the step up from my F21 to a 40 or 44 but, I have some questions about the 44 if you have the time...

You mentioned that your boat has a centerboard. What is her draft both with the board up and down? SailboatData only shows the Freedom 44 cat ketch as having a draft of 6 feet. I haven't been considering 44s as slips in my area tend to only be 5 feet in depth.
