How to Add an Account

To add an account:
  1. Click on the Administrator Control Panel link at the bottom of the screen
  2. Log in
  3. Click on the Users and Groups tab
  4. Click on Add User
  5. Enter the user's e-mail address, user name and password if supplied
  6. Click on Submit.
The user will receive an e-mail with the account information.

Will we be CCed on any emails they send to that address automatically?

I figured that while I was home and have regular (Sue would probably say "constant) Internet access, that I'd just have it go to me as having it go to all of the administrators would just lead to duplication of efforts. When we head out again, I'll set it up so that it goes to all the administrators. Does that make sense? Then we'll just have to come up with a plan for notifying the other that an account has been created.

Makes perfect sense to me. I wonder about the insane amount of spam attempts we have here. At Lats and Atts we get a few a week and we don't even filter first posts, we just kill them as they appear in the forums.
