1987 Freedom 30 stuffing box

Does anyone know what stuffing box was used and/or a suitable replacement? The available space is extremely limited and the standard available dripless units dont fit, I had to modify one of the drip models and hoping it will work.

The length available in a Freedom 30 is not enough for most shaft seals. Contact Paul Dennis at http://www.warrenriverboatworks.com/. He stocks a custom cut down waterless shaft seal for these Freedoms.

You have to use a Garlok Syntron shaft seal.

I replaced mine in 2012. Go to Garlock.com
