Pulling the motor in a 40/40

Post by GeoffSchultz »

I need to replace the motor mounts on my Yanmar 3JH2-TBE on my 40/40, and I want to pull the motor to do this and other maintenance. Has anyone pulled motor, and how did you do it? I was thinking about an A-frame, but the water tank (shown in 1st picture) is in the way. The engine drive refrigeration compressor is no longer there, as shown by the 2nd photo.

Thanks, Geoff
