Bat car replacement

The bat cars on my Freedom 33 have broken and I'm having trouble finding replacements. It says F-20 on the back, but it doesn't seem to correspond to anything.
I've been in touch with the company that makes the receptacle (Rutgerson) and they don't have anything to do with the actual bat cars. Can anyone offer some guidance?

thanks.

Jerry,

I can't tell who made your cars. If it was Harken, give them a call. They were able to send me a replacement car. They come in both metal (aluminum?) and plastic. I opted for the plastic as it was much, much cheaper, even though the original was metal. So far no worries after 2 seasons. Hope that helps.

Could you get an engineering firm to measure and then manufacture new rollers from nylon or HDPE? It appears you can easily dismantle the car components. I bet that would be a lot cheaper than a new car, and you could order one or two extra rollers for when it happens again.

We're lucky to have several marine engineers locally, who do this sort of thing all the time. Saves a lot of time and expense, especially with parts no longer manufactured by the original suppliers.
