Wanted--carbon fibre mast, 44+ feet long
I need to replace the mast on my Freedom 30, located in the Bahamas. I have not been able to locate a used mast that was original to the F30 but other Freedom boats may have masts that would fit, including cat ketches.

Re: Wanted--carbon fibre mast, 44+ feet long
Actually, I should have said 49+ feet long. I'm still looking! I heard that Eric Hall was selling the CF mast from his converted J90 "Blackwing" but I have not found it advertised online nor do I have his contact info, since he is no longer associated with Hall Spars.
New mast being too expensive, I am contemplating putting in a sleeve, either carbon or aluminum, 3 or so feet each side of the break, and epoxying the pieces together. I am told by Paul Dennis that at least up to the gooseneck, the F30 mast is not tapered. I am going to check that out next week.
